3S Printers Inc. and Gamma Investments Ltd. obtained a Court Order from The Supreme Court of British Columbia on Monday, January 24, 2011 pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”). The Initial Order provides 3S Printers Inc. and Gamma Investments Ltd. with a stay of proceedings against all actions and creditors. On May 4, 2011, the Supreme Court of British Columbia terminated the relief that was initially granted to the Companies. Boale, Wood & Company Ltd. was also discharged as Monitor.
