How do I find out if the Company I used to work for is bankrupt?
The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy keeps a record of all bankruptcies and other insolvency filings. To find out if a Company has gone bankrupt, you should give the local office of the Superintendent a call.
There is also an online search capability for a fee. Their contact information can be found at this link. http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/bsf-osb.nsf/eng/br01003.html
