Insolvencies in November 2015 dropped by 4.6% from the previous month, but are 7.0 percent higher than a year ago.
The latest report from the
show that insolvencies in Canada decreased by 4.6 percent in November 2015 from the previous month. Bankruptcies decreased by 4.7 percent and proposals decreased by 4.5 percent.The total number of insolvencies in November 2015 was 7.0 percent higher than the total number of insolvencies in November 2014. Consumer insolvencies increased by 7.2 percent, while business insolvencies increased by 0.8 percent.
